When the Prophet approached Ṣafā, he recited:

On approaching Ṣafā
Facing the qiblah
Narration

He climbed Ṣafā until he could see the Kaʿbah, faced the qiblah, and proclaimed Allah’s oneness and greatness:

Narration

He then said:

Instruction

He made a personal supplication between repetitions and repeated the remembrance three times. At Marwah, he repeated the same sequence of remembrance and personal supplication.

Translation
On approaching Ṣafā

Indeed, Ṣafā and Marwah are among the symbols of Allah. I begin with what Allah began with.

Facing the qiblah
He climbed Ṣafā until he could see the Kaʿbah, faced the qiblah, and proclaimed Allah’s oneness and greatness:

There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah. Allah is the Greatest.

Repeated remembrance
He then said:

There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah alone, without partner. To Him belongs all dominion, and to Him belongs all praise. He has power over all things. There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah alone. He fulfilled His promise, supported His servant, and defeated the allied forces alone.
