Changelog and corrections
Dated, versioned, and permanent. Corrections stay listed after they are fixed.
v0.0.4
2026-09-09
Entries now use stable neutral IDs and the approved invocation, instruction, and narration types.
Added
Invocations expose variations and ordered steps; recordings belong to complete recitations and identify their reciter.
Added
Collections, chapters, canonical duas, reciters, reference works, and topical tags are published as separate resources from one generated catalogue.
Added
The full catalogue and each website chapter and tag can be downloaded as contract-valid JSON or flat CSV.
Added
Editorial review state, rights profiles, hashes, raw notes, and storage details no longer appear in normal public resources.
Added
v0.0.2
2026-09-08
The recording bytes are unchanged; the versioned manifest and download archives now carry the reciter's correct family name. Audio v0.0.1 remains immutable for existing citations.
Added
Corrected the reciter's family name to Jumah in active metadata.
Corrected
v0.0.3
2026-09-08
Ordered content blocks are now the only authority for recitations, instructions and narrations, including entries with several recitations.
Added
Recordings are listed separately and name the recitation blocks they cover. Missing recordings are represented by an empty list rather than empty paths and zero values.
Added
Source works, chapter membership, entry positions, citations and four separate review areas are now structured data.
Added
Text, recording and complete-record checksums are independent, and every API response has a complete documented schema.
Added
The reciter's name is corrected to Muhammad Jumah throughout the active project.
Added
v0.0.2
2026-09-07
Every public entry now names a field-group rights profile and carries a deterministic content version and SHA-256 checksum.
Added
OpenDua transliteration is generated afresh from the preserved Arabic. Instructions and reports are no longer presented as transliteration.
Added
Quranic English was prepared from the Arabic with Marmaduke Pickthall's public-domain rendering as a credited semantic cross-check. Publisher prose notes are omitted.
Added
Public JSON and CSV use a fixed schema and immutable audio object keys instead of site-specific URLs or a blanket per-entry licence.
Added
Hisn al-Muslim 70 and 71 now keep the after-prayer instruction outside the recited Quranic Arabic.
Corrected
v0.0.1
2026-09-02
All 267 entries in 132 chapters, as the publisher prints them: Arabic with full tashkeel, the publisher's transliteration and translation, sources, and the book's own footnotes.
Added
Every entry says what it is (`form`: words to recite, a passage, an act the book prescribes, or a hadith report). Instructions and narration before or after the words are stored separately. Distinct recitations keep their own counts and recordings, and non-recited notes inside the words are identified. Whatever English or transliteration is ours rather than the publisher's is marked as such, entry by entry.
Added
Scholarly review has not begun; gradings are pending and every entry is marked `sourced`, not `reviewed`.
Added
v0.0.1
2026-09-01
The corrected cut of 28 August 2026, one folder per chapter with each file named by the entry's number in the book, plus spoken-Arabic-verified additions: split per-part recordings where an entry is printed in parts, morning and evening pairs published separately, and duplicated duas reusing their verified recording. Shipped as 80 kbps mono MP3 at 24 kHz from the stereo WAV masters.
Added
All 230 recitable entries have audio; instructions and reports need none. data/audio/INVENTORY.md lists everything.
Added
Corrections stay listed after they are fixed, and superseded versions remain downloadable, so a citation made against an older version can still be checked.
